Refund and Returns Policy

Full Refund Window: Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount if the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of the initial payment, provided no site audit has been initiated.
Post-Site Audit Cancellation: Once our engineering team performs a technical site audit and shadow analysis, a deduction of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 (depending on the site location) will be made to cover administrative and visit costs.
Post-Design & Approval: If the project is cancelled after the structural design and engineering layouts (SLD) are finalized, a 10% design fee of the total project value will be non-refundable.

Zero-Tolerance Damage Policy: We follow a strict inspection process during unloading. If any Solar Panel (PV Module) or Inverter shows signs of cracks, shipping damage, or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, we will provide an immediate replacement at no extra cost.
Performance Warranty Support: As an Indian solar integrator, we facilitate all warranty claims.
- Solar Panels: 25-year limited performance warranty.
- Inverters: 5 to 10 years manufacturer warranty.
- Structure: 5 to 10 years warranty against rusting or structural failure.
Used/Installed Systems: Once the solar system is successfully synchronized with the grid and the net-metering is commissioned, no returns or refunds are applicable due to the permanent nature of the installation.

- Statutory Charges: Fees paid to DISCOMs for feasibility reports, net-metering applications, and testing are strictly non-refundable as per government utility rules.
- Customized Structures: Any custom-fabricated mounting structures (special heights or designs) are non-refundable once the fabrication process has begun at our workshop.
- Taxes: GST and other statutory taxes paid to the government at the time of billing cannot be refunded by the company.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed via NEFT/RTGS directly to the customer’s bank account.
Timeline: The refund process typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the date of formal approval.
Documentation: A formal “Cancellation Form” must be signed by the customer to initiate the refund process.

In cases where installation is not possible due to legal disputes regarding property ownership or sudden changes in local government (DISCOM) policies, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting incurred operational costs.
